METALÚRGICA GROFE LTDA, which was founded in August 1958 by Giulio Grotti and Libero Federici, started out casting non-ferrous metals.

In 1961 it began to manufacture valves for cryogenic installations, and in 1981 is started to manufacture cryogenic pumps.

Aware of the responsibility required in cryogenic gas and liquid installations, Grofe has developed a special line of cryogenic valves and pumps, compatible with the harshest work conditions in cryogenics.

All the manufacturing operations, ranging from casting through to tooling, assembly, testing and regulating, are executed on the premises of the company.

Thus providing the means for a top quality product, in conformity with the demands of our customers.
